Naqoy from Budapest have something that not every band gets: it’s not punk, but punks like
them, it’s not metal, but metalheads like it, it’s not noise, but noisemakers like it, it’s not ambient,
drone, post- punk, electronica, but absolutely everyone can find their own thing in it. The duo
from Budapest, as a matter of principle, does not allow themselves to be bound by stylistic
boundaries, and their music is the proof: maximally open and at the same time uncompromising.
Károly and Balázs go their own way: their music is defined by guitar, bass and electronic sounds,
but in reality it has no limits.

NAQOY is a two piece noise-rock/post-punk/electronic /drone band based in Budapest.

In 2020 they had their debut release as a duo called “Into the fog” seeing it as the first step to
