New Jersey nü-metal stalwarts 40 Below Summer are set to drop their first studio album since 2015, titled Untethered, on October 10th. Ahead of the full release, the band has shared two singles, “King Ghidorah” and “Darkside”, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
A vinyl edition of Untethered is also in the works and will be available during 40 Below Summer’s 25th anniversary show on October 11th at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ. That milestone performance will feature the band’s original lineup reuniting onstage, alongside a traditional set from the current roster.
The band recently filmed a music video for their next single, with additional details expected soon.
