A Perfect Circle have unveiled another new song while announcing an extensive 2027 North American tour that will feature Puscifer and The Cult on separate portions of the run.
The multi-platinum alternative metal group have now released “To Whom It May Concern”, their second new track of 2026 following “Starless,” which arrived in May ahead of the band’s European and U.K. touring. The new material comes as A Perfect Circle continue working toward what is expected to become their next studio album.
“To Whom It May Concern” was written and recorded earlier this year at Billy Howerdel’s Lankershim Ranch Studio, with Howerdel handling production. Matty Green, whose credits include U2 and TV On The Radio, mixed the track, while RIZZ of VOWWS directed the accompanying visualizer.
The recording also features Josh Freese behind the kit. Freese, who has performed with Nine Inch Nails and a number of other artists, has continued to contribute to A Perfect Circle’s current creative period.
Howerdel celebrated the arrival of the new track while also pointing to the success of its predecessor at rock radio.

The group’s upcoming tour will initially feature Puscifer, allowing vocalist Maynard James Keenan to pull double duty between both projects during the Canadian portion of the trek. The Cult will then take over support beginning April 27.

Keenan has also revealed that the band attempted to book a Toronto date but were unable to secure a venue due to the area’s hockey schedule.
The 2027 tour will span Canada and the United States, with stops at major venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Hollywood Bowl, Climate Pledge Arena, Bridgestone Arena and Blossom Music Center.
A presale is scheduled to begin September 30 at 10:00 a.m. local time using the password “PERFECT.” Local presales will follow October 1, with the general on-sale beginning October 2 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Elizabethtown, Kentucky date is currently listed with a venue to be announced, and additional ticketing information for that show remains pending.
