In the wake of a devastating house fire that destroyed everything he owned, an official GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help murderfolk artist Amigo The Devil recover from the catastrophic loss.
Earlier today, the beloved dark Americana singer-songwriter revealed that his home had been completely destroyed, along with irreplaceable creative and personal belongings — including test pressings, handwritten lyric books, hard drives full of song ideas and unreleased demos, family heirlooms, and a lifetime’s worth of memorabilia.
Tragically, his partner Abbey also lost her beloved dog Kobe, a familiar presence to fans during recent tours.

I’m all for gofundme’s in most cases but this guy has homeowners insurance. Private donations are simply not necessary, but it seems like they’ve already collected nearly $100k.
A band that gets their stuff stolen, yeah. A musician facing high medical costs for a life-threatening condition, sure.
Louis Guidry Tell me you know nothing about homeowners insurance without telling me.
Hillary McKillip no need for snark. I know homeowners insurance won’t make you completely whole. But I wouldn’t ask for and I wouldn’t accept donations for purchasing personal items, because imo that’s not really what the scope of gofundme is about. Your opinion may differ.
