British deathcore veterans Annotations Of An Autopsy have officially entered the studio to begin work on their long-awaited third full-length album. The upcoming release will mark the band’s first new album since 2010 and their first full-length effort since returning to activity in recent years.
The group shared an update from the studio on July 25th, revealing that recording sessions are now underway at Newman Studios in East Anglia. In a statement accompanying footage from the sessions, the band said:
“We have now entered the studio to track our 3rd album at our studio, Newman Studios in East Anglia. Mixing will be handled by the one and only Taylor Young at his studio The Pit (Tribal Gaze, Xibalba, God’s Hate, Twitching Tongues, Nails). More info to follow.”
Acclaimed producer and engineer Taylor Young will oversee mixing duties for the record at The Pit, bringing his signature touch to what will be the band’s first studio album in more than a decade and a half.
While additional details remain under wraps, Annotations Of An Autopsy are currently targeting a late 2026 release for the album.
