Savannah sludge metal veterans Black Tusk have premiered a brand new single titled “Far From Light”, while also unveiling a newly announced North American tour set for later this summer.
The track serves as the second single from the band’s upcoming EP ‘Systems Of Solitude’, which is currently scheduled for release on June 10th.
Speaking on the themes behind the new song, the band explained:
“‘Far From Light‘ is a commentary about religion and the powers that control the policies that shape our lives. Its about not blindly following religions that teach intolerance, hate and fear, and rather to think for yourself.”
The upcoming tour will see Black Tusk joined by Hoaxed, Blood Star, and Upon A Fields Whisper on select dates throughout the western leg of the run.
