Bring Me The Horizon delivered a major surprise during their closing set at Furnace Fest in Birmingham, Alabama, on October 11, giving “The Fox And The Wolf” its first-ever live performance with a special appearance from Josh Scogin.
The performance came during a special encore following the band’s set celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Count Your Blessings’. Billed as the band’s only U.S. performance of the anniversary set, the appearance also gave fans an unexpected trip back to their 2010 album ‘There Is A Hell Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is A Heaven Let’s Keep It A Secret.’
Originally featuring Scogin, the vocalist best known for his work with The Chariot and ’68, “The Fox And The Wolf” had never been performed live by Bring Me The Horizon before Sunday night. Scogin joined the band onstage to help bring the track to life for its long-awaited debut.
Fan-filmed footage of the performance has surfaced online, capturing the unexpected collaboration as part of the encore.
The appearance added another memorable moment to a set centered on ‘Count Your Blessings’, the deathcore-era release that helped establish Bring Me The Horizon before their later evolution toward alternative metal and a broader sound.
