Cabal have debuted their new EP, Reworks, which finds the band collaborating and reinterpreting songs from the band’s album, Magno Interitus.
The track list runs as follows:
01 – “Magno Interitus” (Misstiq Rework)
02 – “Plague Bringer” (Inhuman Rework)
03 – “If I Han, Let Me Swing” (John Cxnnor Rework)
03 – “Exit Wound” (Johu Rework)
Andreas Bjulver, the band’s vocalist, offered:
“Cabal have always found inspiration in other genres besides metal, and especially dark electronic and industrial techno have been a source of inspiration behind the soundscape of our latest album Magno Interitus. With the Magno Interitus Rework EP we wanted to further explore the electronic sound and see how the songs would turn out when reworked by talented electronic artist, Inhuman, John Cxnnor, Misstiq and our bass player, Johu. We are very pleased with the end result and can’t wait to bring you all along on this dark electronic journey that is the Magno Interitus Rework EP.”
