Goth metal supergroup Cemetery Skyline have released the second of three planned remixes for the upcoming deluxe edition of their debut album ‘Nordic Gothic’. This latest version of “Torn Away” was reimagined by electronic duo ghostbells, giving the track a dark, pulsing atmosphere.
Frontman Mikael Stanne commented on the song:
“This is a song about wilful disconnection from everything and everyone and its eventual ramifications.”
Bassist Victor Brandt added:
“There’s a pulse in this remix that feels made for dark places and loud nights. We hope you like it and we are looking forward to seeing you in dark, loud venues on Cemetery Skyline’s tour this May.”
