Chiodos Tease Possible New Studio Sessions

Chiodos appear to be working on new material, as a freshly shared social media clip posted today, March 19th, suggests the post-hardcore outfit have recently returned to the studio.

The brief teaser offers little concrete information, but it marks the strongest indication yet that the band’s current incarnation may finally be developing original music following their revival. Frontman Craig Owens relaunched Chiodos in 2024 with an entirely new lineup, reintroducing the band to audiences after years of inactivity.

So far, that version of the group has yet to release brand-new songs. Instead, they revisited their breakthrough debut All’s Well That Ends Well last year, re-recording the 2005 album as part of its 20th anniversary celebration — a move that drew criticism from several former members involved with the original recording.

With studio activity now teased publicly, fans are speculating that the band could be preparing their first new material of the comeback era, though no official details regarding a release timeline or project have been confirmed.
