Coliseum are officially back in the studio, with the Louisville hardcore punk veterans beginning work on their long-awaited sixth studio album.
The band started tracking the new record on July 3 at The House Of Foto Recording Studio in Louisville, Kentucky. The studio is owned by Coliseum vocalist and guitarist Ryan Patterson, who shared a handful of behind-the-scenes photos from the early recording sessions.
The upcoming release will mark Coliseum’s first new studio album since returning to active duty in 2023 following a hiatus that lasted nearly a decade.
While the band has yet to reveal a title, release date, or additional details surrounding the project, the start of recording signals that new music from Coliseum is officially on the way.
Stay tuned for more updates as Coliseum continues work on its highly anticipated sixth studio album.
