Swiss technical thrash metal veterans Coroner have brought a mid-’90s cut back into the spotlight with a newly remastered version of “The Favorite Game.”
The updated track has arrived alongside a new music video and features fresh mastering from Tony Lindgren, whose credits include work with Sepultura and Opeth.
“The Favorite Game” will be included on the band’s forthcoming EP, ‘Ex Nucleo: The Remastered Extraction’. The four-song release is currently scheduled to arrive on September 18.
The remastered version gives longtime Coroner fans another opportunity to revisit one of the band’s ’90s-era tracks ahead of the upcoming EP.
