Corrosion Of Conformity have unveiled a new music video for “You Or Me,” the second single released from their forthcoming double album ‘Good God / Baad Man’. The visual arrives ahead of the record’s April 03rd release through Nuclear Blast.
The video was co-directed by longtime collaborator Costin Chioreanu alongside Mike Holderbeast, pairing surreal imagery with the band’s signature Southern metal groove. According to the accompanying press materials, the track leans heavily into the band’s darker sonic roots — and even came with an unusually dramatic endorsement.
“With ‘You Or Me’, Corrosion Of Conformity are back at the top of their game. This blistering, Sabbed out track is an angry acid trip into the origins of the human condition since the dawn of man. In these primitive times, it’s clear to say they haven’t learned much. So Black it’s Blue.”
The band themselves also praised Chioreanu’s visual direction and the collaborative effort behind the clip.
“Deep from within the forests of Romania and the twisted mind of our dear friend Costin Chioreanu comes his twisted visions put to Corrosion’s music. It’s a match made in purgatory. There’s some special additions from [director] Mike Holderbeast’s crew as well.”
In support of the upcoming release, the gold-certified metal veterans have lined up an extensive run of North American and European tour dates spanning spring and summer, including appearances alongside Clutch, JD Pinkus, Whores., and Crobot, as well as several major festival stops.
