Current Comfort Unleash New Single “Collateral”

Austin, TX post-hardcore quartet Current Comfort have returned with a fiery new single, “Collateral.” Produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Randy Leboeuf (The Acacia Strain, Orthodox, Boundaries), the track delivers the band’s signature “Big Hooks // Big Breakdowns” energy, blending post-hardcore, pop-punk, and metalcore elements into a high-intensity anthem.

Frontman Miles McMillan shared some insight on the song’s meaning:

“Collateral is a track about a failed relationship and reflecting upon it afterwards. As you process all the feelings that come with that, you start to see the relationship for what it was instead of what you thought of it. You can want to make something work all you want, but if the other person doesn’t, you’ll end up getting hurt in one way or another.”

Fans can stream “Collateral” now across all major platforms, with an official video coming this Friday, February 20th.
