Death Before Dishonor Drop “Overruled” Music Video & Cover of Bulldog Courage

Death Before Dishonor have dropped their latest single, “Overruled”, which arrived today, February 28th, through Bridge Nine Records. Alongside the track’s debut, a brand-new music video has also been released.

Regarding the song, the band shared the following:

“‘Overruled‘, lyrically, is a calling out of those who don’t lead with their true intentions. With this song, we set out to draw the boundary between bonds forged in principle and bonds born from convenience.”

Also arriving online today from Death Before Dishonor is their take on Bulldog Courage’s “Old Friends Die Hard”, featuring a guest appearance from Haywire’s Austin Sparkman. The band had this to say about the cover:

“‘Old Friends Die Hard’ is a cover by our friends, Albany Hardcore greats, Bulldog Courage. Originally written in memory of fallen friends, we saw it fit to re-record their song in dedication of BDC frontman Shane Williams, who passed in 2014. Austin from Haywire provided guest vocals, and helped us keep up what’s now become a tradition for us, recording a sing-along style cover for our releases.”

Renowned producer Zeuss (Rob Zombie, Hatebreed) handled production, engineering, and mixing for these new tracks. Death Before Dishonor’s upcoming album, Nowhere Bound, is set for release on May 16th.
