Down & Helmet Announce ‘Strap It Down Tour’ With Spirit In The Room

NOLA sludge metal icons Down and alternative metal veterans Helmet will join forces later this summer for the newly announced ‘Strap It Down Tour’ across North America.

Opening support on the run will come from Spirit In The Room.

Despite the tour’s title appearing to reference Helmet’s 1990 debut ‘Strap It On’, the band have not announced any plans to perform the album in full or celebrate it specifically during the trek.

Artist presales are currently underway using the password “DOWN2026”, while general ticket sales are scheduled to launch this Friday, May 29th at 10:00am EST.
