Albany, NY-based metalcore outfit Downswing have unveiled their brand new single, “At My Worst,” alongside an official music video.
The visual was directed by Chris Klumpp, who has previously worked with bands including 156/Silence and Gideon.
According to Downswing, “At My Worst” explores the challenge of maintaining balance while pursuing the goals and ambitions that once seemed within reach.
“‘At My Worst’ at its core is about the struggle to find and maintain balance in all aspects of life. Trying to chase the hopes and dreams you once saw yourself attaining, but not fully realizing what the true cost of that was and how it would impact other aspects of your life.”
