Deadsy vocalist Elijah Blue Allman is now facing multiple criminal charges following two separate arrests that allegedly occurred within a three-day span earlier this year in New Hampshire.
The 49-year-old musician — the son of Cher and the late Gregg Allman of The Allman Brothers Band — was first arrested last month in connection with a February 27th incident at St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH.
According to reports, Allman has been charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening stemming from an alleged altercation at the private school. Authorities stated that Allman allegedly claimed to be the parent of a prospective student in order to gain access to the campus. The reported incident is said to have taken place inside the school’s dining hall. His connection to the institution remains unclear.
Allman was later released on bail following that arrest.
However, police allege he was arrested again on March 1st after a separate incident in Windham, NH. According to authorities, officers responded to a reported break-in at a private residence after a homeowner contacted police while hiding in a closet inside the home.
Investigators claim Allman entered the residence by smashing a back door and was discovered sitting on a sofa smoking a cigarette when officers arrived. While Allman reportedly told police he had permission to be inside the home, the homeowners disputed that claim.
He was subsequently arrested without incident and charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail conditions.
A scheduled court appearance on March 11th has since been postponed after Allman obtained new legal representation.
These developments follow a series of highly publicized personal and legal struggles involving the musician in recent years. In 2024, Cher sought a temporary conservatorship over her son’s finances, citing concerns related to substance abuse and mental health issues. The dispute centered around a roughly $120,000 annual trust fund established by Gregg Allman. Elijah contested the petition in court, stating he was attending AA meetings and receiving professional treatment, and the matter ultimately concluded with a settlement.
Allman relaunched Deadsy in 2024 and issued a public apology to fans regarding long-delayed vinyl pre-orders tied to the band’s catalog. Reports also indicated he was hospitalized following an overdose in June 2025.
