Deadsy Frontman Elijah Blue Allman Arrested Following Incident At New Hampshire High School

Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman was arrested Friday, February 27th in Concord, New Hampshire, after an incident at St. Paul’s School that resulted in multiple charges.

According to reports, the 49-year-old musician has been charged with two counts of simple assault, along with criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct stemming from the situation.

Per coverage from TMZ, Allman reportedly has no publicly known affiliation with the private school. Authorities were allegedly called after he was said to be “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently” inside the school’s dining hall. A police investigation into the incident remains ongoing.

Allman previously drew headlines in June 2025 after reports surfaced that he had been hospitalized following an overdose. Earlier in 2024, he also resolved a conservatorship dispute involving his mother, Cher, who had filed legal action citing concerns that his documented struggles with substance abuse and mental health could worsen if he continued receiving an annual $120,000 trust fund payment established by his late father, Gregg Allman of The Allman Brothers Band.

At the time, Allman contested those claims, stating he had been sober for several months during the legal proceedings. In September 2025, he again indicated via social media that he remained sober.

Deadsy officially resumed activity in early 2024, releasing their first new single since 2006.
