NYC crossover veterans Merauder have confirmed the passing of their former guitarist Ernesto Colon. Colon performed with Merauder from 2013 through 2018, contributing to the band during a key stretch of their modern era before later continuing his musical work with Dead Earth.
The group shared word of his death in a tribute posted to their social media on February 9th, honoring his time in the lineup and impact within their circle. Further details regarding his passing have not been publicly disclosed as of press time.
