Ex-Sworn Enemy Guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci Launches CrowdKill Records, Signs Filth & Nathan James

Former Sworn Enemy guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci has unveiled his latest venture, CrowdKill Records, a new label aimed at fostering stronger artist-label relationships. Antonucci, who departed the metalcore outfit in 2010, gained viral notoriety for his infamous feud with Falling In Reverse’s Ronnie Radke, which led to a series of diss tracks and public exchanges before ultimately fizzling out. Since then, he has shifted focus to acting and the music industry, serving as executive VP of business development and A&R at Sumerian Records.

For CrowdKill Records, Antonucci has secured Gravel Road as an investor. That label and management firm is led by Anthony Martini of E-Town Concrete, who has also built a reputation as an industry executive, guiding the careers of major artists across multiple genres, including hip-hop.

A press release describes CrowdKill Records as an “artist-forward strategy” that aims to “bridge the gap of trust that has slowly been decaying between label and musician.”

Antonucci spoke on his vision for the label, stating:

“We’ve always believed in creating a partnership with artists — not just a deal. CrowdKill isn’t about the typical corporate structure that treats artists as commodities; we’re building something that feels more like a family.”

The label has already signed its first acts, with deathcore outfit Filth and industrialized nü-metaller Nathan James being the inaugural additions to the roster.
