FILTER To Release Expanded ‘The Algorithm: Ultra Edition’ With New Song “All The Good” & Covers Of U2 & Billie Eilish

Multi-platinum industrial rock veterans FILTER have announced plans to reissue an expanded and reworked version of their 2023 album The Algorithm. Due out August 8th via No Pulse Records, the newly updated “Ultra Edition” will feature reimagined versions of the original album’s tracks alongside nine additional bonus songs. Among those new additions are covers of U2’s “A Sort Of Homecoming” and Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.”

The revamped effort also features a brand-new single, “All The Good,” which has just premiered and is available to stream below. Beyond the reworked originals, FILTER mastermind Richard Patrick enlisted some familiar names from the Nine Inch Nails camp for remix contributions on the track “Obliteration.” Those include Charlie Clouser and Sean Beavan, both of whom are deeply tied to the industrial metal genre through their extensive past work with NIN.
