The track debuted today (March 10) as the adventurous post-hardcore outfit continues its rollout for the record, which is scheduled to arrive March 17. The accompanying video was directed by Marcy Stone-Francois and arrives as one of the final previews ahead of the album’s release.
Speaking about the song’s message, the band explained:
“‘Hellfire’ is committing yourself to fighting for a better world at all costs.”
‘Impossible World’ is set to feature several notable guest appearances, including Joe Trohman (Fall Out Boy), Johnny Whitney (The Blood Brothers), Gina Gleason (Baroness), and Lauren Lavin, highlighting the collaborative scope of the upcoming release.
The album marks the band’s latest step forward as they continue pushing boundaries between hardcore intensity, post-hardcore experimentation, and socially conscious themes.
