Foo Fighters Tap Real-Life Grass Ski Crew For Chaotic “Of All People” Music Video

Multi-platinum rock outfit Foo Fighters have released a new music video for “Of All People,” pulling inspiration from the unusual world of snowless skiing.

Directed by Alex Acy, the clip centers around BPC (Buldoz Project Crew), a group known online for performing reckless-looking downhill skiing runs without snow. The video serves as the latest visual release tied to the band’s twelfth studio album, ‘Your Favorite Toy’.

Frontman Dave Grohl praised the collective’s wild approach in a statement accompanying the video, joking that the sport looked equally entertaining and dangerous.

Acy explained that he originally discovered the group through YouTube and became fascinated by both their personality and commitment to the bizarre activity, eventually leading to the collaboration with the band.

Despite the high-energy and often humorous visuals, the song itself comes from a much heavier emotional place. Earlier this year, Grohl revealed that “Of All People” was inspired by unexpectedly reconnecting with a former heroin dealer decades later — an encounter that left him reflecting on addiction, survival, and the many people he had lost over the years.
