From Ashes To New have released a new music video for “Love Me”, a previously unreleased track that will appear on the upcoming deluxe edition of the band’s latest album ‘Reflections’.
The gold-certified nü-metal outfit are preparing to announce more details surrounding the expanded edition on October 6, with Better Noise Music currently set to release the deluxe version of ‘Reflections’ on November 13.
Vocalist Matt Brandyberry explained that “Love Me” explores the feeling of losing someone who was once a constant presence in your life, while their memory continues to linger.
“‘Love Me’ is about that person who was supposed to be there for you, but they completely vanish, essentially becoming a ghost. You still vividly remember how it felt when they were actually around, to the point where you can still feel their breath on your skin, even though no one is there. This track creates a heavy, haunting atmosphere that mirrors that exact feeling of reaching out for a presence right next to you, only to grasp at empty air. It captures the sheer desperation of watching your own memories turn into a cage that feels impossible to break out of.”
Alongside “Love Me”, the deluxe edition will feature “Playing God” and a previously released new version of “Die For You” featuring Neoni. An additional alternate version of “Die For You”, this time featuring The Midnight, will also be included.
