GoFundMe Launched Following Death Of Frozen Soul Vocalist Chad Green’s Father

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help cover the final expenses of Tony Green, the father of Frozen Soul frontman Chad Green, following his passing.

The Texan death metal vocalist shared the news publicly and confirmed that the fundraiser was created to assist the family during this difficult time, alongside an emotional statement reflecting on his relationship with his father and the impact of his loss.

Chad explained that this marks the second family member he has lost while on the road, adding that despite understanding the demands of touring life, he has been left with feelings of regret, guilt, and reflection on time spent away from loved ones.

He went on to reflect on their relationship, noting that while their early years were strained, his father later made consistent efforts to reconnect and support him and his siblings. Green described his father as someone who “would give anyone the shirt off his back,” and expressed a desire to honor the man he became later in life.

He also acknowledged the financial strain that has come with the loss, explaining that the band is still actively touring and that returning home for extended time is not currently possible.

Green encouraged fans and followers to prioritize communication with loved ones, adding a message about not taking time for granted and “calling your friends and family while you still can.”
