Ghost Cancel Three U.S. Shows Due To Extreme Weather Emergency

Ghost have been forced to cancel three immediate U.S. tour dates due to severe weather conditions impacting multiple states across the Southeast.

The affected shows were scheduled to take place between January 24th and January 26th in Tennessee and the Carolinas. In a statement issued on January 23rd, the Swedish occult rock band confirmed the cancellations were made following official emergency declarations and directives from local authorities.

“We wish to inform you due to the state of emergency issued in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, and at the direction of local authorities, the Ghost shows scheduled for January 24 in Knoxville, January 25 in Charlotte and January 26 in Greenville have, regrettably, been cancelled.”

The band also outlined refund information for ticket holders.

“If you purchased tickets or VIP Packages through Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued automatically – no further action is needed. If you purchased through a third-party reseller, please contact your original point of purchase. Please heed caution and stay safe.”

At present, Ghost’s tour is expected to resume next week, with the following dates still on the schedule.
