Japanese melodic power metal band HAGANE have signed a worldwide physical deal with Napalm Records, excluding Japan, with the partnership set to bring the group’s upcoming album ‘Through The Night’ to audiences around the world.
Formed in Tokyo in 2018, HAGANE have built their sound around soaring melodies, powerful riffs, fast-paced guitar work and infectious songwriting. The band recently expanded its international profile with an appearance at Germany’s Rockharz Festival during the summer of 2026.
‘Through The Night’ is scheduled for a physical release outside Japan on January 15, 2027, through Napalm Records. The album will be made available on both CD and vinyl, with the label also offering several limited-edition configurations.
The band commented on the signing:

Our new album will be released on CD and vinyl around the world, and we are very excited to show our music to everyone. We look forward to working with Napalm Records and bringing HAGANE’s music to more people around the world.”
Napalm Records Senior A&R Sebastian Münch also praised the band following their Rockharz appearance, highlighting HAGANE as a group to watch within the melodic power metal scene. He also acknowledged the band’s Japanese partners, Euclid Agency and Eagletail Music, for their work.
The album will feature 11 tracks, including the title track “Through the Night,” along with “Voyage Never Ends,” “Crystal of Tears,” “Steel March,” “The Steel Reborn,” “The Rising of the Shield,” “Medication and Pain,” “Glorious,” and several songs featuring Japanese titles.

Physical editions of ‘Through The Night’ will include a range of limited and exclusive configurations, including a hand-numbered Test Pressing Sleeve Edition limited to 20 copies, Gold & Silver vinyl limited to 100 copies, Solid Blue vinyl, and multiple CD bundles.
Napalm Records has also indicated that HAGANE’s 2027 European shows will be announced, further expanding the band’s international activity surrounding the new album.
