Heavy Heavy Low Low have officially revealed the cover art and track listing for their highly anticipated comeback album, Pain Olympics. The mathcore icons from San Jose, CA, took to social media on January 2nd to make the announcement, sharing the following statement:

“Howdy! We know you’ve been waiting for some kind of news on our new album and we didn’t want to end the year without giving you *something*… But sometimes we forget about Facebook and post things 2 days late here

We’re proud to present the cover art for PAIN OLYMPICS. The art was done by our extremely talented friend Derek Pratt and we couldn’t be happier with it. We think it encapsulates the vibe of the album perfectly
