The band are all competent trained musicians from far n wide parts of North East Scotland
Elgin, Turriff, Aberdeen & Carnoustie
Generally rehearsals are at Musical Vision Aberdeen
Influences are 70s-90s rock but fused with metal of the era
The band are good mates, fun n jovial without pretentiousness
Originally named “theMEANING” that was formed by Andy after leaving Shaded Silence, decided to form his new band
taking Neil with him they found Grant and then by a stroke of luck came across James (16) on Facebook at a local festival playing along to a WHO / You Won’t Get Fooled Again.
However, not long after and
due to another established act of the same name, the band changed their name to
CARBON REPLICA which was devised as an exact copy of the previous band members
The band rehearse at Musical Vision in Aberdeen
