Formed in Phoenix, Arizona what started out as a solo bedroom project turned to hanging out at local bars and meeting each other through mutual friends, and lots of drinking. With the PHX music scene being lively and diverse, each member came from their own prospective scenes and Cheek Bone reached it’s final evolvement. Garage metal meets raw punk; turning old school to new school, Cheek Bone mirrors traditional styles of punk, hardcore, and heavy metal imbuing a new era of Punk & Metal music and draws heavily from various iterations within the landscape of post-hardcore. With its smooth punk vocal delivery over gritty low-end guitars, chopping bass, and punching drum work, Cheek Bone is unyielding, moving away from current molds, striving for a new style of punk and heavy music.
