Ice Chemicals is formed in 2018 near Paris by Stéphane (lead guitar) and Kevin (bass guitar) from the ashes of their previous band Nepenths. They are joined in 2019 by Anaïs (clean vocals) and Geoffrey (clean+harsh vocals).
Their first EP “Primal” is released on digital platforms in 2021, proposing an Alternative Metal merging various influences : Metalcore, Industrial, Gothic, Neo metal…
The same year, the band recruits Alexandre (ex-Apocryphe) as drummer, and modifies its line-up : Kevin switches from bass guitar to rythmic guitar, and Geoffrey takes over the bass in parallel with vocals.
By end of 2021, the group releases its first official video for “Primal”, counting now more than 11k views on Youtube.
With this new line-up, the group releases mid-2022 a new single : “Evolved”, announcing a future album to be released for Christmas 2022 : Alchemy.
