Ill Niño have officially unveiled their new music video for “Born To Suffer (Nacido Pa Sufrir)”, marking the Latin nü-metal outfit’s first official release featuring new vocalist Tommy Roulette.
Roulette, formerly of Jynx, joined Ill Niño in 2025 following the departure of Marcos Leal, and “Born To Suffer” serves as his first studio recording with the band.
The new single was co-produced by Ill Niño members Dave Chavarri and Laz Pina, while Tom Flynn, whose previous directing credits include work with Hatebreed and As I Lay Dying, helmed the accompanying music video.
“Born To Suffer” represents the first new single from Ill Niño since the band began moving forward with Roulette as their vocalist, offering the latest glimpse at the group’s next chapter following several years of lineup changes and delays surrounding their previously announced IllMortals material.
