Avant-garde death metal trio Imperial Triumphant have unleashed their latest sonic odyssey, “Pleasuredome,” featuring two legendary drummers—Dave Lombardo (Mr. Bungle, ex-Slayer) and Tomas Haake (Meshuggah). While Lombardo brings his percussive mastery to the track, Haake once again takes on a spoken-word role, adding an eerie depth to the composition.
The song’s visual accompaniment was helmed by Brendan McGowan, complementing its dark, immersive atmosphere.
Speaking on the track, the band shared:
“Journey into sensuality and primal desire, where the flesh becomes a temple, and the hunt for passion unfolds like an ancient ritual. The ‘bell rings out,’ a summoning call to transcend ordinary pleasures and enter the Pleasuredome, a place where the divine and the animalistic merge.”
