Long-running New York death metal outfit Internal Bleeding have officially welcomed Theo Vlahos as their new permanent vocalist.
Vlahos is known for his work with Vomit Forth and Weeping, and steps into the role following Internal Bleeding’s recent UK tour with Sherwood Webber of Skinless handling vocal duties.
Announcing the lineup addition on social media, the band expressed confidence in the latest incarnation of the group.
“Please welcome our new vocalist Theo Vlahos of @weepingdeathmetal & @vomitforth. If you follow this band you know we are an ever-evolving entity and this is our most lethal form yet. See you tonight in Detroit at @sanctuarydetroit w @swornenemynyc.”
The announcement arrives as Internal Bleeding continue a short run of live dates with Sworn Enemy, giving fans an early opportunity to see Vlahos fronting the band onstage.
