John Bush will celebrate his era fronting Anthrax with a special run of shows this December. The Armored Saint vocalist will be joined by his current bandmates in Category 7 as he performs material from his decade-long tenure with the East Coast thrash legends.
Bush’s set will include tracks from Sound Of White Noise, Stomp 442, Volume 8: The Threat Is Real, and We’ve Come For You All. Former Anthrax and current Armored Saint bassist Joey Vera will also take part in the run, stepping in for Jack Gibson (Exodus), who has a scheduling conflict.

Dates for the short run are as follows:
12/13 Los Angeles, CA – Whisky A Go Go
12/18 St. Charles, IL – Arcada Theatre
12/20 New York City, NY – Racket
Speaking on the announcement, Bush shared:
“I’ve talked about doing this for a long time — and now, I’m finally doing it. Fans constantly tell me how much those records meant to them, and how they miss hearing those songs live. It’s very humbling. The wait is over.”
The lineup backing Bush for these shows includes Phil Demmel (ex-Machine Head), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob), Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall), and Joey Vera (Armored Saint, ex-Anthrax).
Tickets are on sale now.
