Karnivool have officially returned with their first new material since 2021’s “All It Takes.” The Australian progressive metal mainstays just debuted their latest single “Drone,” a long-awaited release that signals the beginning of a new chapter for the band.
Fans have been waiting over a decade for a new full-length, with Asymmetry still standing as the band’s most recent album, released back in 2013. In a message to their listeners, the band shared:
“This is for all the people who have supported Karnivool over the last 20 odd years. Thank you for the patience, support and all the love you’ve shown us. We truly love what we do and are grateful beyond words to do it. We hope it makes you smile and smile big.
This is just the beginning.”

As anticipation builds for more, Karnivool will return to the road this July and August on their ‘Ad Complementum Tour’ across Australia.
