Veteran metalcore guitarist Ken Susi has officially joined All That Remains, stepping in for Jason Richardson, who departed the band last summer, and filling the void left by the late Oli Herbert in 2018.
Susi, who co-founded Unearth and spent roughly 25 years with the band before leaving in 2023, also briefly joined As I Lay Dying before exiting in 2024.
Reflecting on his new role, Susi issued the following statement:
“I’m incredibly honored to be joining All That Remains as their new guitarist. My connection to this band goes back to the late ’90s, when I first met Mike, Oli and Phil at underground shows in Western Massachusetts. Those early days shaped so much of who I am, and coming back together now truly feels full circle.
I’m also deeply honored to step in for my late friend Oli Herbert. Oli was not only an extraordinary musician, but a close friend whose presence and influence will always be felt. His shoes can never truly be filled, and I carry his spirit with me every time I pick up the guitar.
After decades of friendship, shared history, and mutual support, it means everything to get on stage with this band and contribute to a project I genuinely believe in. I can’t wait to hit the road and share what we’ve been working on with all of you.
See you out there.”
Susi’s addition marks a significant milestone for All That Remains, reconnecting with a longtime friend and respected figure in the metalcore scene, while bringing his decades of experience to the band’s next chapter.

That’s a shame..
We all knew J-Rich wasn’t going to stay, it was a fun run though. He’s a mercenary. It’s sad that he left bc Oli wanted him to replace him if anything happened. Let Ken get his chance.
But can he pull off the solos? We’ll see I guess
Jon Redcorn Ken has really got some chops, especially over time of his career. I think he can do more than most have seen.
Mike Power I’ve always loved Unearth and thought Ken was awesome. Just never seen him shred like Oli or Jason. I really hope he can pull it off.
All That Remains in the band is a grifting pos bald loser.
Nick Mikan who hurt you
Mason Solimine Phil’s more concerned with grifting with his little buddy Tim Pool, than actually writing decent music. The band’s a shell of its former self.
Nick Mikan bruh he can write whatever makes him happy. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make him a loser lmao. I only liked their first three albums but that doesn’t mean I get to have an opinion that he’s some how “less than” just because his favored genre didn’t match my preferences
Mason Solimine i assume you just don’t understand. He’s not a musician, he’s a right wing grifter. Right wing grifters, are losers bro.
Nick Mikan he’s always been right wing. You just decided you didn’t like that now?
