King Mothership (Periphery) Finishing New Album

King Mothership, the brainchild of Spencer Sotelo, frontman of Periphery, is nearing the finish line on their highly anticipated sophomore album.

Taking to social media on January 11th, Sotelo shared an update on the progress of the follow-up to 2020’s The Ritual:

“The @kingmothership record 2 is just about wrapped up and I can say that I’ve never been a part of something this unhinged and crazy musically. 5 years well spent!”

The Ritual had Sotelo backed by his Periphery bandmate, drummer Matt Halpern, and ex-Slaves bassist Tai Wright.
