Long Island melodic hardcore outfit Koyo have released a new single titled “What I’m Worth,” arriving alongside an official music video directed by Eric Richter, whose previous work includes visuals for Knocked Loose and Dying Wish.
The track serves as the latest preview of the band’s forthcoming sophomore album ‘Barely Here’, which is scheduled to arrive May 08th via Pure Noise Records. The new song continues to showcase Koyo’s blend of melodic hardcore urgency and emotionally driven songwriting, building anticipation for the follow-up to their breakout debut.
Richter’s video complements the track’s introspective tone, pairing performance footage with a raw visual style that mirrors the song’s themes and intensity. With the release of “What I’m Worth,” the band further expands the sonic direction they’ve been teasing ahead of the album’s launch.
‘Barely Here’ marks Koyo’s second full-length effort and is expected to further cement the group’s rising status within the modern hardcore and alternative scene as its May release date approaches.
