Mark Morton, guitarist for Lamb Of God, has just released his new solo effort Without The Pain—a country/blues rock album packed with guest appearances, primarily from the country music world. However, the record also features a few familiar names from the heavier side of music.

Clutch frontman Neil Fallon lent his voice to the previously released cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “The Needle And The Spoon”. With the full album now available, fans can also check out “Nocturnal Sun”, a standout track featuring Mastodon bassist/vocalist Troy Sanders alongside blues-rock guitarist Jared James Nichols.
