With their latest album Sonder out now, New York metal outfit Loss Becomes is keeping the momentum going with their new single, Tell Me—a track originally conceived as a “horror story” that evolved into something far more personal.
The band—featuring Brian Tsao (guitar), Will Gomez (bass), Anthony Copozzi (vocals), Anthony Lopardo (guitar), and Sean Ageman (drums)—delivers a crushing sound designed to hit hard from the first note. With live shows lined up in the coming months, Copozzi considers Tell Me a standout moment in their set.
“This song is definitely my favorite to play live from Sonder,” Copozzi shared. “The negative spaces and the push and pull within the song mirror the weight of the lyrics. It was originally written as a ‘horror story,’ but it became something much more raw and personal for me. Realizing you need to walk away from a ‘car wreckage’ of a relationship is hard—especially after being in it for over a decade. The guilt, disappointment, and heartbreak linger, but when survival depends on moving forward, you have to find the strength to escape your own ‘horror story.’”
Beyond the new video and album, Loss Becomes has also launched custom Adidas tracksuits, allowing fans to personalize their jackets with up to eight letters.
Sonder is available now on all major streaming platforms. Check out the band’s upcoming live dates below.
