Japanese Power Metal Band LOVEBITES Signs With Napalm Records, Debut “The Castaway” Video

LOVEBITES have entered into a new global partnership with Napalm Records, announcing the signing alongside the rollout of their latest single “The Castaway.” The track arrives with an accompanying music video and serves as the opening preview of the band’s fifth studio album ‘Outstanding Power’.

The record is available digitally now, with physical editions scheduled to arrive May 8, 2026. The release continues the band’s steady climb since forming in 2016, building on their growing international profile that has included major festival appearances and industry recognition. Their expanding momentum also includes a milestone hometown performance at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo this March.

Discussing the label partnership, the band stated:

Leading the rollout, “The Castaway” showcases the band’s blend of rapid-fire riffing and melodic sweep, combining high-speed power metal momentum with layered instrumental interplay. Elaborating on the album’s concept and creative direction, the group added:
