MARILYN MANSON Says Next Installment Of His Comeback Album Will Arrive “Very Soon”

After reemerging this year with his first new music since a wave of allegations upended his career, Marilyn Manson is already preparing the next phase of his comeback. The shock rocker released One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1 in 2024 and returned to touring, marking his first sustained public activity since being largely removed from the industry three years prior.

During a recent update, Manson teased that the second chapter of the project is imminent:

“Very soon.”

The follow-up will continue the piece-by-piece rollout of his multi-chapter album. While the new music marks a creative resurgence, the broader context surrounding Manson remains complicated. Beginning in 2021, more than a dozen women publicly accused him of sexual misconduct and assault. In the fallout, he was dropped by his label, management, and booking representation.

Several of those lawsuits have since moved through the courts, while others remain active. Manson has denied all allegations. Even with his touring return this year, controversy followed—two UK dates drew pushback from local politicians and activists, and a show in Mexico saw on-site protests.

As of now, no release date has been announced for Chapter 2, but Manson’s latest comment suggests it may not be far off.
