Metallica are bringing back their fan-favorite ‘Metallica Mondays’ live stream series—this time with a charitable focus.
Originally launched during the pandemic, the weekly concert stream series is returning to raise funds for the band’s nonprofit foundation, All Within My Hands, as part of their Month of Giving initiative.
The revived series kicks off tonight (May 4) at 5:00pm PST / 8:00pm EST with a stream of the band’s 2018 ‘Helping Hands’ benefit concert. That special acoustic performance took place on November 3, 2018 at The Masonic in San Francisco, California, and was later released as the live album ‘Helping Hands…Live & Acoustic at The Masonic’.
By revisiting these archival performances, Metallica are once again offering fans a chance to experience classic shows from home—while also supporting a good cause.
The band shared the announcement via social media, highlighting how the series previously helped connect fans during difficult times and now aims to give back through their ongoing charitable efforts.
