Meth. have announced that they will no longer be appearing as support on Dragged Into Sunlight’s upcoming North American tour. The trek is scheduled to kick off on May 24th at this year’s Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore, MD.
In a statement shared via their Instagram page, Meth. revealed they were “kicked off” the tour due to their former affiliation with Prosthetic Records. No further context was given, and Dragged Into Sunlight have yet to publicly comment on the situation.
The band shared:
We will have a full statement in the coming days but DIS (Dragged Into Sunlight) has kicked us off our upcoming tour due to our prior association with Prosthetic Records. A label we are no longer a part of. If you bought tickets to see us we sincerely apologize, this was nothing we could control.
