Glam metal icons Mötley Crüe and multi-platinum rock radio act Shinedown have been confirmed as performers for the upcoming season finale of American Idol.
The finale episode is scheduled to air May 11th on ABC, with streaming availability following one day later.
The two rock heavyweights are part of a stacked guest lineup for the Season 24 finale, which also includes appearances from Nelly, En Vogue, Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, Clay Aiken, Jason Mraz, and Tori Kelly, among others.
With a mix of genres spanning rock, pop, hip-hop, and R&B, the finale is set to deliver one of the more diverse performance lineups in the show’s recent history.
