Murderdolls are officially set to return to the stage in 2027, marking the horror punk band’s first live performance in eight years.
Fronted by Wednesday 13 and famously featuring late Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, the group have been confirmed for next year’s Graspop Metal Meeting in Dessel, Belgium. The festival will take place June 17–20, 2027, with the band’s specific performance date and additional details still to be announced.
Wednesday 13 confirmed the news through social media on November 6, while Jordison’s estate also acknowledged the upcoming performance. Notably, former Murderdolls guitarist Acey Slade shared the announcement as well, seemingly indicating that he will be involved in the reunion.
The announcement follows a period of uncertainty surrounding the band’s legacy and future. In 2023 and 2024, Wednesday 13 toured material from the Murderdolls catalog under his own name, following a trademark dispute between him and Slade that erupted in 2022.
With both Wednesday 13 and Slade appearing to acknowledge the upcoming performance, anticipation is building for the group’s first live outing since 2018. Exactly which musicians will take part in the 2027 return has yet to be fully confirmed.
