Nevermore have released another look at the audition that secured Berzan Önen (Inner Urge, My Torment) as the band’s new lead singer. Önen was revealed as the replacement for the late Warrel Dane in January.

The newly shared footage comes from Önen’s January 2025 audition, this time showcasing his rendition of Nevermore’s 2005 track “Sentient 6”. The clip offers fans a glimpse into the vocal style and range that ultimately earned him the spot fronting the progressive metal outfit.
