Just as Oceano prepare to take their final bow, frontman Adam Warren has unveiled his latest musical venture: Code Name: Quantum. The new project teams Warren with guitarist Michael Butler, with production handled by Gino “Bambino” Matheson. Much like Warren’s previous Adam On Earth material, the debut single ‘Endless Cycle’ sees him once again leaning into clean vocals — a sharp contrast from the crushing deathcore delivery he’s best known for.
The timing is notable, as Oceano’s farewell performance arrives this Saturday, December 06th at the WC Social Club in Chicago, IL. For their last appearance, the band will be joined by members from both the “Contagion” and “Depths” eras, offering fans a final look back at the group’s evolution.
Warren’s choice to bring Oceano to a close stems from turbulent online drama last year — a turning point that ultimately set him on a new creative path.
